Use the form below to complete your application for the TNR Program. All the colony numbers asked for are meant to be an estimate. We understand that it is difficult to know at all times how many cats are currently residing in one area.
REMINDER: Due to capacity for care and current City of Billings Ordinances, the YVAS TNR Program is only able to offer assistance to those within Yellowstone County but outside of Billings city limits.
TNR pricing is $25 per cat. This includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, and ear tipping. Financial assistance and large group specials can be requested through YVAS. Please reach out with any questions.
