Rikki is a spayed, 3yr old, red heeler mix who loves to chase a ball or go running up hills. She was rescued as a puppy from Rez Rescue back in February of 2021. She’s nearly done it all from tagging along during barn chores and learning manners around livestock, walking around town and in the mountains, or cuddling on the couch. Rikki is a very intelligent dog and just wants to please you.

She is:
– Crate trained
– Potty trained
– Obedient with or without an E-collar
– Knows E-collar vibration or tone as an automatic recall.

Rikki would do best in a household where she is either the only dog (fine with cats) or in an experienced home willing to work with her. As I’ve gotten further into my pregnancy, Rikki has started to antagonize the other dogs in the household and I am unwilling to risk a fight breaking out when I have a newborn this December. She has been forced to live outside and separated from everyone in a dog run because of this and that isn’t what she deserves. One on one she is an amazing, goofy, and obedient dog who just wants to be included. If I was able to afford a larger house for my dogs to co-exist in or to send her off for professional training, I would.

Her up to date vet records, microchip information, and Embark DNA results will be given to you as well. If she isn’t working out I will ALWAYS take her back until I can find her a different home.
