This class is now FULL!  Stay tuned for more class dates in the near future! The AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program teaches owners how to best communicate with your puppy and get your new furry family member off to a good start. “S.T.A.R.” stands for Socialization, Training, Activity and a Responsible owner, all of the things a puppy needs to have a good life.  This program is an excellent, first in-person training class for puppies and a natural precursor to the AKC Canine Good Citizen Test. The S.T.A.R. Puppy Program is a six (6) week program lead by our certified, AKC Approved CGC Evaluator.  Beginning on September 6th, classes will be held on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-6:30 PM at our Learning Center.  The program cost is $165 which includes S.T.A.R. Puppy test at the end of the course.  Upon passing the test, your puppy will receive the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Ribbon and will be listed in the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy records.

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required.  All puppies, including purebreds and mixed breeds, between the ages of 10 weeks and six months are welcome to participate in this course with proof of age-appropriate vaccinations.
