If your pet suddenly became sick or injured, would you know what to do? Join us at our Learning Center where Shelter Veterinarian, Dr. Mandy Barnes, will be teaching lifesaving skills to help protect your furry family members in crisis until they can reach a veterinarian or emergency clinic. Learn the basics of CPR, how to perform the Heimlich maneuver on a choking pet, dressing minor wounds, water safety, and more.
The cost to attend the class is $30 per person, which includes materials for practice/instruction and a doggie life jacket. Spots are limited, so be sure to purchase your tickets today! For those planning to attend, we will ask that you wear a mask and social distance while inside the Learning Center. Please leave your furry family members at home, this class is only for humans.
