Third-Party Fundraiser & Event Form

Important third-party fundraiser & event information:

Due to the number of requests we receive, the Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter cannot:

Send a YVAS representative to participate in all events.
Supply adoptable animals for your event or offer off-site adoption events.
Distribute posters or literature for your event at the shelter.
Promote all events on social media channels.
Solicit donations or sponsorships for your event.

While we may be able to provide guidance, we do not have the personnel to handle the organizational and administrative tasks associated with third-party events. You're responsible for all event details including: underwriting all related costs; recruiting volunteers for help; creating flyers or invitations to promote your fundraiser; and working at the actual event.
