We’re Expecting! — Lots of animals needing foster care, that is!
Each year YVAS takes in hundreds of animals that are not able to go up for adoption right away whether they are underage or underweight, need socialization, or are recovering from illness or injury. Many of these animals that go to foster homes are young kittens that require extra special care and attention. We provide our foster families with all the supplies necessary to care for foster animals until they are ready to find their forever homes.
Help us celebrate our Foster Program by joining us for a Kitten Shower! We will have information for anyone interested in becoming a foster family, lots of fun family activities, and possibly even a special appearance by some of our YVAS foster animals! We will also be using this event as an opportunity to collect donations of supplies for our Foster Program. Things we are greatly in need of include Breeder’s Edge Kitten Milk Replacer/BE Puppy Milk Replacer, bottle feeding kits, and both wet and dry kitten food.
